Meigra Simon is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Bowenwork and Therapeutic Massage: (Meigra’s own Wisdom Blend Massage).
Bowenwork is a soft-tissue release technique that activates the body to allow it to “reset” itself, tapping into its innate healing intelligence . It is helpful for a wide range of conditions, including:
- structural issues (joints in the back, neck,knees, etc)
- stress and fatigue conditions (fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, sleep difficulties)
- pregnancy support and birth preparation
Session cost: $60. Package of three sessions: $150
Sessions last 60-75 minutes and are done over loose clothing.
Wisdom Blend Massage is a blending of various body therapies learned over 30 years. Each session is tailored to your needs, depending on what is happening in your body.
Modalities include:
- Myofascial release
- Ortho-bionomy
- Zero Balancing
- Cranial-sacral
Sessions cost: $80, for a 60-75 minute treatment.
Some insurances are accepted.
Human Design is done in a form of a consultation, based on your individual Human Design chart, determined by your birth moment. Your inherent “blueprint” is deciphered, showing your strengths and vulnerabilites. This is an insightful tool for self-growth and personal understanding that can be especially illuminating for relationships.
Session cost: $125 for a 90 minute recorded CD
